Quality control |
| Quality is of topmost importance to us. Raw materials are continuously monitored by our laboratory. If they don't correspond to our strict internal quality quidelines they are rejected. Each single brewing process, such as mashing and boiling , is subect to biological and chemical-technical analysis.
